I'm glad you're here! I started Osage Land Company with the vision of helping landowners make the most of their farm. There's a ton of knowledge out there but, for too long, landowners have been left in the dark. My goal is to share the lessons I've learned and insights I've gleaned from others to help our clients - and all landowners - make the most of their land.

Frazier Curless

In an effort to serve landowners at the highest level, Frazier leans on lessons and connections gained across a wide range of agricultural experiences. Prior to starting Osage Land Company, Frazier provided farm management and brokerage services across thousands of acres throughout the Midwest and Great Plains to farmland clients ranging from individuals to family offices and institutions. He's also been involved in large-scale production agriculture, grain origination, and commodity risk management.
Today, in addition to his work with farmland clients, Frazier is a licensed auctioneer with Curless Auction, an ag-focused family auction business, and assists with his wife's family's farming operation.
Frazier resides in rural west-central Illinois with his wife and daughter.
